Our History and Real Estate Expertise

1991

Founded in 1991 by François Labbé, an architect by training, the company’s mission is to offer professional and accessible property management services. Over the years, many partners and investors have joined the journey to develop high-quality living environments and ensure the long-term value of properties.

2011

In 2011, Félix Hamel joined the company with the ambition to accelerate its growth. With a background in entrepreneurship and finance, he brought key expertise in analysis and the expansion of the real estate portfolio. Through his strategic approach and support of investors, Gestions Thrace experienced significant growth.

2020

In 2020, Frédérik Hamel joined the organization to structure all human and real estate operations. Holding both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in business administration, he implemented strong organizational frameworks to support the company’s mission and growth. Together, the two brothers combine their expertise in real estate investment to deliver comprehensive support to their clients.

Today, with a team of more than 45 employees sharing the same values, Gestions Thrace is proud to offer living environments tailored to tenants’ needs while actively contributing to the preservation and evolution of the built heritage in Trois-Rivières. The organization continues its growth and remains a key player in the development of high-quality residential communities and rental properties.
