Thrace is a highly dynamic and rapidly expanding company in the real estate market, seeking talent to complete its team. The job description is:
- Supervise and support the maintenance managers in their sector
- Acts as a leader and reference for colleagues regarding their work performance, knowledge, and quality of work.
- Perform various minor maintenance and repair tasks on residential buildings.
- Possess good knowledge of various trades to assess, repair, or refer to professionals such as electricians, plumbers, and general contractors, depending on the work required.
- Possess a basic toolkit to perform various repairs
- Have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license to travel to various work locations. (Mileage reimbursement program)
- After a 2-month training period, depending on experience, the candidate must be available one week every two months to respond to emergency calls in the evenings and on weekends, on call. A bonus of $100 is paid for this availability.
