The name "Thrace" represents a people with values and behaviors that truly reflect what the organization wanted to give back to society. The Thracian people were known for being generous, sharing gold upon their return to the village. The balance between the pursuit of gold and sharing with the village were important elements for which the company's founder decided to give it this name.

Even today, the management team supports this balance between the company's profitability to ensure its longevity, customer service values, working conditions for team members, and its commitment to the community.

Since its inception, Thrace Management has evolved with a clear objective: to offer high-quality property management while building sustainable living environments. Our history is marked by strategic choices, human investments, and a constant desire for improvement. Here are 4 key stages.  

Our Agency's Story

1991

Founded in 1991 by François Labbé, a trained architect, the company set out to offer professional and accessible property management services. Over the years, numerous partners and investors joined the venture to develop quality living environments and ensure the long-term value of properties.

2011

In 2011, Félix Hamel joined the company with the desire to accelerate its development. A graduate in entrepreneurship and finance, he brought crucial expertise in the analysis and growth of the real estate portfolio. Thanks to his strategic approach and support for investors, Thrace Management experienced significant expansion.

2020

In 2020, Frédérik Hamel joined the organization to structure all human resources and real estate operations. Holding a bachelor's and a master's degree in business administration, he implemented robust internal processes that support the company's mission and development. The two brothers combine their real estate investment expertise to offer comprehensive support to their clients.  

Today

Today, thanks to a team of over 40 employees who share the same values, Thrace Management is proud to offer living environments adapted to the needs of tenants while actively contributing to the preservation and evolution of Trois-Rivières' built heritage. The organization continues its expansion and remains a significant player in the development of quality neighborhoods and rental properties.
