Our History →
1991
François Labbé, an architect by training, founded Thrace Inc. driven by the desire to offer quality property management services.
2011
Félix Hamel joined the Thrace leadership team. Félix Hamel's university education in finance, management, and entrepreneurship has been a major asset for the company's growth and structure.
2020
Frédérik Hamel joined the organization with a solid experience in organizational management to enable Thrace to continue its growth and evolution.
Aujourd’hui
We are proud to offer our tenants a diverse portfolio of rental properties, to be involved in the maintenance of Trois-Rivières' built heritage, and to be key players in the development of upcoming neighborhoods and rental properties.
Did You Know?
The name "Thrace" represents a people with values and behaviors that align well with what the organization wanted to give back to society. The Thracian people were reputed to be generous, sharing their gold upon their return to the village. The balance between the pursuit of gold and sharing with the village were important elements for which the founder of the company decided to give it this name.
Even today, the management team supports this balance between the profitability of the company to ensure its sustainability and the values of customer service, working conditions for team members, as well as its commitment to the community.
