A Central Role in Operations
To support this expansion and maintain its quality standards, Thrace is ready to welcome an Accounting Technician for the real estate management division to its team. This role aims to support real estate managers rigorously, consistently, and proactively, ensuring sound administrative and accounting management.
To fill this position, Thrace is looking for a structured, reliable, and meticulous individual who enjoys working in a stable and collaborative environment. You are comfortable with numbers, rigorous follow-ups, and deadlines. You appreciate things being done well, according to the rules, and within a clear framework. You also enjoy supporting others and feeling useful in a coordination role.
Daily Tasks
- Support real estate managers in the operational coordination of their respective portfolios;
- Ensure accounting management of property portfolios: bookkeeping, accounting cycle, bank reconciliation, data entry, accounts payable;
- Produce monthly or ad hoc income, expense, and liquidity analysis reports;
- Perform various financial analyses for clients;
- Ensure administrative follow-ups for client files and current operations;
- Collaborate on the drafting and management of leases, the integration of new clients, and follow-ups with the Administrative Housing Tribunal;
- Participate in the continuous improvement of management tools, processes, and procedures;
- Perform all other related tasks in support of operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Training in accounting techniques, administration, or a related field;
- Experience in an administrative coordination role, ideally with an accounting component;
- Excellent command of Excel and IT tools;
- Very good organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistency in execution;
- Team spirit, professional discretion, and autonomy.
