Its team of nearly thirty employees is dedicated to the well-being of the tenants under its responsibility, as well as supporting property owners in their real estate projects. Thrace is a highly dynamic and rapidly expanding company in the real estate market, seeking talent to complete its team. The job description is:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Supervise and support the maintenance managers in their sector<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acts as a leader and reference for colleagues regarding their work performance, knowledge, and quality of work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform various minor maintenance and repair tasks on residential buildings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess good knowledge of various trades to assess, repair, or refer to professionals such as electricians, plumbers, and general contractors, depending on the work required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess a basic toolkit to perform various repairs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have a vehicle and a valid driver&#8217;s license to travel to various work locations. (Mileage reimbursement program)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After a 2-month training period, depending on experience, the candidate must be available one week every two months to respond to emergency calls in the evenings and on weekends, on call.
